Let’s get a little graphic! WCBE is presenting a graphic art design contest to central Ohio artists. We’re looking to feature a piece created specifically for WCBE 90.5 at our studios! Read on for contest requirements and winner prizes. Deadline for submissions is August 27th at 5pm.
Contest requirements for WCBE’s Get Graphic Content
Size: 5ft x 4ft, but can be sized down to 5in x 4in
Content: Must include logo, frequency, and call letters (WCBE 90.5 FM). You can download our logo from our website, or email handerson@wcbe.org for a pdf or png file
Theme: Get creative! You can use elements from radio, Columbus culture, etc.
Submission: PDF via email to handerson@wcbe.org - please do not drop off printed artwork
Deadline: August 27th, 2018 at 5pm
Please note that ANY artwork with drug-related or sexual content, or of a derogatory nature, will not be accepted.
Winner will receive:
The artwork printed to canvas to be displayed on the front entrance room of the WCBE Studios located in downtown Columbus
Graphic featured on our 2019 spring fund drive t-shirt
Artwork featured in a WCBE ad in the Columbus Alive paper
Recognition and graphic use on our website and social media pages, along with links to the artist’s social media and website
An interview on a WCBE locally produced show
Artwork will be featured in an upcoming WCBE calendar
We’ll also pic 11 runner ups to feature in our WCBE calendar as well!
