The Ohio Highway Patrol says two people were killed in a one-car crash Monday in Madison County.
Troopers say two people who stole the vehicle from Mount Sterling died after being ejected when it crashed on State Route 56 near Moorman Road. The victims are identified as 32-year-old Dominique Sims and 20-year-old Chuck Tackett II. The cause of the crash is under investigation, but troopers say excessive speed was a factor.
