Shawnee Hills Police Chief Facing OVI Charge

Shawnee Hills police chief Russell Baron has been charged with OVI. 

Delaware County Sheriff's deputies say Baron was stopped Tuesday night near Home and Dublin Roads. Deputies say his blood-alcohol level tested at .04. Baron is also charged with having an obstructed license plate. Baron says he had consumed only one beer when he was stopped.
