An Athens man has been convicted on charges of kidnapping his three children in April 2018.
35-year-old Neil Perin will serve 20 years in prison following his conviction on 23 criminal counts. Prosecutors say Perin abducted the children following a domestic dispute. The case prompted officials to issue an Amber Alert.
