A Franklin County grand jury has indicted the man who allegedly set a pet carrier on fire with a puppy inside.
Ra'Shae Johnson faces charges of cruelty to companion animals, arson, and open burning. Police say Johnson admitted to setting the fire at Walnut Hill Park on October 11th. The puppy is recovering from severe burns and is now with a new family.
